This seems to do exactly what it says and quite effectively. Unfortunately, I think I’d rather it worked the other way around, i.e. allowing me to choose sites to block from auto-refresh rather than defaulting to blocking EVERY site and giving me a pop-up notification each time. The number of pages I want to block is not that many compared to the infinity of pages that I might need to manually exclude. Manual exclusion is also tedious because you have to swap to the tab of the site before you can exclude it.

It should have a pessimist mode vs optimist mode. I’d choose the optimist mode where it would default to being off for every website.
