petuja.link is a Firefox extension for creating short links from URLs in your clipboard.

Free mode works without an account. When you explicitly start shortening, the extension reads and validates the URL from your clipboard, sends it to petuja.link, creates a short link with a selected lifetime, copies the result to your clipboard, and generates a QR code locally.

Personal mode is optional and supports Standard and Ultra links with configurable lifetimes. It requires a petuja.link API Credential with permission to create links. The Credential is stored locally and is transmitted to petuja.link only when you explicitly create a link in Personal mode.

The extension does not collect browsing history, does not inspect the active tab automatically, and does not use analytics or telemetry.
