I know it's frustrating when Privacy Badger breaks something. From what I understand though, you usually do have to reload the page in order to get the form working.

Whenever this happens, you can help by reporting the breakage to us by using the "Did Privacy Badger break this site? Let us know!" button in the popup (either before or after disabling Privacy Badger for the site, shouldn't matter).
