Firefox 사용자 17958833 님, 3년 전This extension does not work. I continually have the error "Unable to sign in to Proton Pass. Unprocessable Entity," which other reviews have said. I have reached out to Proton for help, multiple times, and I have received no response despite being a paid user. It is unfortunate to see that as Proton gets larger, the customer service and user experience gets worse.
Update:
Once I enabled Proton VPN, the extension started working. Even if I disable the VPN connection, it continues to work. I am not sure why this is the case.

Regarding the issue you've reported, this should be fixed by now. Try logging out and back in if it still persists on your end. If you're still facing issues, please update the support ticket you've opened and tell us more information like a screenshot of the error message you're getting, the browser version you're using, etc. so we can investigate further.

- E-Mail Aliases. Although 1Password is an excellent password manager, ProtonPass takes the cake with E-Mail Aliases. Includes an authenticator app, supports pass keys, automatically fills in usernames and passwords. Does everything that 1Password does plus with additional features. No bugs in my experience.
