Works pretty well, only issue i have is some sites in the ignore list still stop other tabs when they do sounds, like for example when getting a notification on whatsapp, even if whatsapp is on the ignore list, it will stop the video sound i'm watching on youtube when getting a new message.

Can you ensure the domain match the site?
if it's missing things like "www" for example it fails to match.

you can have a look in debug going in:
enter in url bar: about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
click inspect on smart tab mute + and go in "console".

Do some notifications and unmute or whatever ans you should find the actual domain name.
