I'd love to have a way to choose pronouns with some UI provided by the addon, or perhaps at least an optional button added to twitch or in the firefox ui to bring me to the site to change or set my pronouns without needing to remember the URL. That's the only major thing I can think of that could be an improvement to this very good and useful tool.

- It does what it says it does, even on LibreWolf. I don't see a lot of text on the 1-star ratings, so I assume you can ignore them, as they are likely from the "this is woke therefore it is bad because I'm a scumbag" crowd. In fact, if you find it's broken or is giving you trouble, I recommend putting in a 2-star rating on this one, or else nobody will ever see it.
