I fixed this issue in version 1.3.16
The right way to "fix" this would've been to reload the page.
However, if the user does not reload, the extension cannot fetch the user-preferred quality from the storage, thus my "fix" is to use a fallback, which is usually the screen width.

    If you've noticed YouTube hitting you with a Premium upsell popup every time you fast-forward lately, this extension is the reason. Removing it will fix the problem. You're welcome.

    我家仍然是ADSL，加上兩臺電腦老舊，把畫面限制在240P或360P大大幫助了我，反正我只看政論節目。但有一點，若影片無240P選項時，會自動跳回1080P，得手動改回來，希望這個附加元件能夠設定第二選項，一旦沒有240P就選擇360P，多謝。
