- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Raygen, miesiąc temuIt's good, but it's a bit laggy. Just like Dark reader: It has an impact on browser's performance.
- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Kai, miesiąc temuI was skeptical when a recent update required all-site permissions, and it turns out the extension has now been suspended for violating Mozilla's policy. While I'm not sure why the developer made that choice, it is truly unfortunate.
Could they have been unauthorizedly misusing user data? Personally, I don't believe full website access is necessary just to change themes. It actually functioned perfectly well without those privileges in the past.
Either way, it's a pity that we've lost yet another wonderful extension.Odpowiedź autora
Data: miesiąc temuHi Kai, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Mozilla didn’t suspend the add-on; instead, I manually deactivated v4.0.3. I was migrating ATBC to MV3, which is more transparent about permissions. However, a bug in that version forced ATBC to roll back to MV2, and thus the “full website access” prompt appeared. ATBC never collects any telemetry or user data, and I publish it transparently under my real name. Many apologies for the confusion. - Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 15065023, 6 miesięcy temuChanges all tabs to be the same colour, I had hoped they'd be different colours, to match their web-page, maiking it easier at a glance to click on the tab I was looking for. Otherwise works well enough, though I do think UX design is worsened by the inability to tell where the content starts and the toolbar ends.

Data: 5 miesięcy temuHi, To apply individual colours to inactive tabs, you may be looking for “ColorfulTabs” by Shivanand Sharma, which the current Firefox Extension API unfortunately no longer supports. To distinguish the browser UI from web content, you can make adjustments within the theme builder on the extension’s options page. - Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 19002459, rok temu- The UI refresh causes Ctrl+TAB to be much slower, due to the "adaptive" behavior
- The Options page has a lot of controls, but no explanation and seemingly no effect.
- I installed this to get a black vertical tab bar, nothing else. There is no option.
The Firefox themes also don't work to get a dark tab bar: they put the page also in dark mode. I just want the vertical tab bar to seemingly merge with the frame of my laptop..
This is good for Linux nerds that keep configurating and never do anything productive with their OS :-P - Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 18998440, rok temuNot very good extension. Its remove borders between headers and all another page and it looks uncomfortable for me, because some pages turns into simple colorful smudge. ColorfulTab has much better work and customization.
- Ocena: 3/5Autor: turtlesrcool88, rok temuDoes not work with automaticDark, theme still changes based on tab color.

Data: rok temuHi, turtlesrcool88! Thanks for pointing that out. ATBC does overwrites the theme automaticDark sets. I’ll update the add-on description. - go to "about:config" type "widget.windows.mica" and enjoy the beauty of the already intigrated feature of a true "adaptive tab bar color" that wont be consistently changing your firefox theme and bugging out your operating systems window manager
and btw
:P keep up the work, no true hatred towards you, only respect, im just butthurt.
i still have this installed on my nightly firefox, so hopefully ill come back to change this review, have a great day, thanks
Edit:
- sorry, i think the star rating i put earlier was too harsh... (ill return soon)Odpowiedź autora
Data: rok temuHi popeldd, no worries—I appreciate the honesty and the tip! I totally get where you’re coming from, and I’m glad you’re still keeping the add-on around. Hopefully, future updates will make it more useful for you. Have a great day too, and thanks for the support! Odpowiedź autora
Data: rok temuHi ueeu, thanks for the feedback! I’ll consider adding functionality to change the font colour. I hope to make it work better for you, and I appreciate your support! 😊- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Long Johns, rok temuisn't compatible with dark reader, anything else is perfectly fine just not working with dark reader

Data: rok temuHi, Long Johns! I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Could you check if you have enabled “Change browser theme” in the Dark Reader settings (Dark Reader pop-up → More → All settings → General)? If so, the add-on might not work properly.
If that’s not the case, you may have encountered a bug. I’d appreciate it if you could provide a more detailed description via a GitHub issue or email me at me@easonwong.de. - Ocena: 3/5Autor: kjamcu, 4 lata temuLooks like a cool extension, but what disappointed me is poor customization accessibility (I'm using Windows 10, if that matters). Color picker is working on Windows provided native color picking GUI, so it's very inconvenient when you want to change custom colors for specific websites. I also tried HEX color code system, but nothing worked. Hope you will implement this simple color code system one day - it's far better and handy than HUE/SAT/LUM.

Data: 4 lata temuHello, Kjamcu! Thank you for trying out my add-on. Personally, I'm a Mac user. The built-in colour picker on macOS is indeed pretty powerful. And that's why I decided to make the add-on use system native colour picker. I'll consider expanding the customization functionality. - Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 14305011, 4 lata temu
