I have been looking for exactly this for a long time. I quit Insta but couldn't quit Fb as most of my connections are here. Reels was incredibly distracting and I spend hours on Doomscrolling. I used to deactivate my account altogether but got missed on various posts and stories of friends. I really thank the Developer for creating this. Please try it out !!!
