Works just fine. To anyone encountering "download blocked": make sure your Firefox settings don't block cookies.

Heads up: If you're downloading a larger book, rely on the progress bar in the Download button on the IA webpage, rather than the download menu in Firefox itself. Even then, it took the add-on a few tries to successfully download the 500-page book I was after, with multiple failed attempts retrieving an incomplete or unreadable PDF, so you might have to be persistent.

Read the about section! You need an account and to borrow the book before the download button pops up, and then it works flawlessly.

It worked for me, I just had to download the latest firefox crx and refresh my page!
