Just wanted to say this is the best thing I've discovered since getting back into chess. Lichess has zen mode and that's nice but for correspondence games it's annoying to enable and disable it just so I can go between boards. Zen mode removes all the buttons including navigating away until the game ends. I want the system to place me against similarly skilled opponents and I like the rest of the interface but I don't want to have the constant reminder of how my rank is really low. If I was playing starcraft and I was forever low bronze rank that would be discouraging. This removes that barrier for me so thank you. I know the system will find me opponents that are better than me half the time and the other half I'm better than them. Seeing the number doesn't provide me with anything beneficial so I don't want to see it.
