Sadly this doesn't appear to be maintained any longer. hls.js is only version 0.8.2 instead of the current 1.4.12
None of Apples example streams worked, so I guess this add-on is broken (I only tested Nightly 120)

doesn't playback video in FF (at least with playlist I had) but work in Chrome

I use it for a couple months on weekly basis. Very useful thing to use together with youtube-dl. It can even generate a command to run youtube-dl with all the arguments. Highly recommend.

Works great with hls.js version 7.10 (found in plugin settings). Only 4 stars because still no updates
