This is just what I needed. My two most important features from Tab Mix Plus were 1) open bookmark in new tab (provided by browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs preference), and 2) open url typed into location bar in a new tab when enter is pressed - you have provided this one for me by way of this add-on ... many, many thanks.
