It works on other browsers, but for some reason it isn't working on Firefox, very disappointing.

ubuntu 18.04 Pop, running openvpn with NordVPN and it's a crapfest. Even after Nord configuration options, nameservers, connections to their VPN servers drop frequently and OpenVPN with no kill switch leaves you exposed unless you happen to notice the connection drop.

The firefox plugin won't allow both username and password to the entered, so there's no way to login which could only matter if the system was reliable.

Running Ubuntu 16.04 and Firefox - VPN does not auto-connect correctly and needs to be disconnected and reconnected to work. Not sure what happened as this wasn't a problem on previous versions of this add-on.

Does not work on Ubuntu (immediately closes when focusing on password field), on Windows it is blank 75% of the time.

They claim free and "some" paid services. The truth is everything is only paid and none is free. If they lie about that, it's very likely they lie abut their functionality too.

I love NordVPN generally, but this extension is terrible. The add-on doesn't appear on my add-on toolbar so I can't make any changes to any settings, and once in a while it completely blocks Firefox from accessing the internet. The only way I can go back to using the browser is by deactivating it or uninstalling it. Pointless.

When I click on the NordVPN extension in Firefox, the dropdown menu (that should be there) is only one line and it's completely blank.
I've disabled all other extensions, I've removed the NordVPN extensions and re-installed, same problem. There's no way I can get the extension to work in Firefox (v60.0.1 x64).

Full of bugs, does not work.

Have to login again each time I start the browser, slow VPN connection, just don't use neither this Addon nor NordVPN itself...

1) The addon is slow AF to react and has been for ages.
2) It constantly forgets the login.
3) Here is a small test for you. Try and copy your NordVPN login and password from your email client or a document. Good luck, because you are going to rage and want to throw the monitor into the wall, because simply focusing on another program causes all the input to get deleted.

Doesn't work in v52.3.0 ESR. Connects okay, but DNS Leak Test and What's My IP sites still show my original IP address and location.

Doesn't do anything for firefox esr 52.7.3 (64-bit) ... It says "Your web traffic is secured. You can now enjoy private Internet browsing." but my IP is not changed at all.

It's also a bit laggy, freezes my firefox for a few seconds whenever i interact with it.
