You might experience a DNS Leak when using this add-on on Firefox browser, and in addition you are using the uBlock Origin (uBO).

The solution:

Go to uBO settings page and uncheck: "Uncloak canonical names" under "Privacy".

This is a robust add-on. I can't tell the difference in effectiveness when compared with the desktop app, but I feel pretty safe using the extension. Sometimes the add-on conflicts with the desktop app but that is a minor annoyance. I wish that the NordVPN Android app was as effective, as I cannot watch anything on BBC iPlayer or Channel 4 on my phone. Thanks, guys for delivering such a high quality security tool!
