Works rather well and as a search engine I've found Qwant to be the best at finding what I'm looking for in European and Finnish data. And I don't know what settings I have touched but Qwant doesn't try to shove AI BS in from every orifice.

IF YOU are getting 403 and unavailable and constant bot checks, check your adblocker settings! Fiddling with bits in uBlock Origin settings made all those problems go away. THIS INCLUDES YOU 1-star reviewers of late.

(HTTP 403)" Bei JEDEM start für 60 Sekunden....refresh hilft nicht. Nur warten. Außerdem check ich nich' wo der Mehrwert sein soll, wenn ich die Internetseite auch so besuchen kann. Wozu eine App die die Nutzung verhindert!

Ne fonctionne plus avec le mode navigation privé de firefox ( ça buggait régulierement depuis des semaine, mais c'est depuis le 19/07 définitif). Pire que ça, le moteur de recherche vous refuse ses service ( Code d'erreur HTTP 403 à chaque fois), comme si vous étiez un bot ou autre. Pour fonctionner vous devez être soit connecté à votre compte mozilla, ou utiliser Mozilla en version non privée. Ou passez par un autre navigateur. La blague dans tout ça, c'est qu'il marche très bien avec Opéra en navigation privé...ET VPN d'opéra activé. Chercher l'erreur.

It was good until you added Flash Answer. Why did you need to add AI? You were perfect without AI summaries? That is why I left Google. It should be turned off by default or at least not popping in your face. I moved to Mojeek instead. Have a great day!

Setting the default search engine doesn't even work, and the promised Qwant features are missing on qwant.com!

even with addon installed, qwant requires a captcha several times per day, every day, on every machine i use. No vpn, regular wired internet, just overaggressive. I guess I'll go back to (literally any other search engine where this doesn't happen).

Please create feature for manual blocking of the unwanted results. it will help you learn how to better filter your search
