Love this addon, absolute must to avoid webp. The settings are a little confusing, but I did manage to work it out.

Not sure if @Koledaloli looked at the settings or not. But everything they wanted is able to be done in settings, or at least I managed to do it as it too was my prefereed set-up.

Wtf, why is this so unnecessarily complex when it comes to reddit comment images ? In fact, I would prefer if when I right click the image and click 'save Webp as PNG', it instantly does exactly just that, instead of this multi-options crap that won't even appear correctly like in this case. Also, the UI for it is very ugly and unprofessional.

Also, don't tell me to right click open in new tab the image. Reddit has this stupid issue when it comes to images inside comments where doing that will lead to a broken link (imgur.com/a/Wa7FDhH). F*ck reddit for automatically converting PNGs into WEBPs.

It's a shame that the entire of Firefox only has this as WEBP-to-PNG extension. I'm specifically having to dual use another Chromium browser just because Chrome extension store has another WEBP-to-PNG extension that does EXACTLY just what simple request I wanted. (imgur.com/a/eISp0yQ)

does exactly what it says with a simple additional context menu so i don't have to fight with webps anymore. dev is also way too kind to the ignorant 1 star reviews, deserves 6/5 stars for that alone lol.

My only complaint is that I don't like the format/options display. I would really like an option to make the format/options part of the right-click context menu.

wonderful addon!!! i like to archive art from my favorite creators & this helps make the process a lot faster for me, and i imagine many others who do similar things.

Works very well but wish those buttons that pop-up were sub-menus in the right click context menu. Would look better in my opinion.

png not working? jpg work just fine. i have tested on this page: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/warframe/images/d/d8/KhraRequiemIcon.png and i dont think it's png

Works like a charm, no idea what problem people have. You right click the image and can already see the little icon of this app, where it says save webP as...
You gotta activate it to allow functioning in private mode.

Doesn't go to the last folder saved in like the standard save dialog. No option for that in the settings. Uninstalled.

Works great in Ecosia image search

This is not a recent problem, but when I try to download an image with very large dimensions (for example 720x14850) with the Save webP as PNG or JPEG option, it only downloads part of the image (720x8190) and the rest (the lower part of the image) is transparent

Was working great for a long time, but recently had some weird issues with it. It keeps download fragments of images rather than the full image, very strange.

By default, I'd better have saving as .png in a regular download folder (not the webp special folder). But it can be fixed in a sec via settings.
