Simple yet perfect capture of Misaka's personality and character. Great job on cleaning up the image from the OP, details remain intact and scales very well on bigger resolutions. Choice of a black background was perfect, helps to emphasis Misaka and her electricity. Image size is great, still looks good where the top bar is set to a minimal amount of total pixel heigh, and just looks better the taller you allow the top bar to be.
