About losing your categories on reinstall, there's a Cloud Sync feature in Settings that backs everything up automatically. Once enabled, your data carries over across browsers and reinstalls.

About the lag with 400+ follows, this has been addressed in the latest version. The extension was re-fetching your entire follow list every 35 seconds even though it rarely changes. Now it's cached and only refreshed every ~10 minutes, and game data is cached too. You shouldn't need a secondary account anymore!
