Damn thing no long works. I don't mind if they want to charge for it but the trickery they are using to steal your information makes this a potential malware. Seems like download no longer works unless you install their add-on. Why does a downloader requires you to download another downloader to download videos?? I Strongly do not recommend this Video Downloader. For those on Linux use "Ultimate media Dowloader" never fails or rarely ever fails. Video Downloader is using its past good reputation to engage in potential bad practices. You can definitely tell by the number of bad 1 star ratings suddenly creeping up. Stay away from this add-on.

- Ocena: 4/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 19595273, 6 godzin temureally couldnt live without this addon. its real value is in sniffing out the url of the video. i use it to copy the url of the file, then send it to jdownloader, which is a faster more dependable download manager, but on some sites, vdh is able to download files when sending the url to jdownloader causes a failure. the renaming feature is amazing but only works when using vdh to do the downloading. although the description says it can download youtube videos, i have not been able to get that to work. i love vdh.
