You are now shown so many videos and variations—presumably pulled from the cache—that you have to painstakingly sift through them based solely on their duration to figure out which one you actually want to download, as they all share the exact same filename.
In previous versions—and for years prior—you could simply select fast the video directly from the currently active tab.

Super glad the app can be reverse engineered and I can make my own free one. Thanks to the dev for that. F you though for adding the paywall in the update. I look forward to my free version outpacing yours in the next year.
