Our 3.4 update of AdBlock for Firefox should have improved AdBlock's performance significantly. If you're still seeing lots of lag, there may be something else going on. Would you mind opening a support ticket at help.getadblock.com so that we can look into this with you? Be sure to include the debug information from the SUPPORT tab in AdBlock's options. Thanks!
