I am sorry to hear you have not had a good experience. Have you opened an issue with support on this? I would like our dev team to investigate the issues so we can resolve them for you but we need more information in order to proceed since in our tests Favorites is working properly and we do return matches for visited sites. A support ticket would be the best way to proceed.
