We've now released version 24.1 which specifically fixes this problem. Please update to the latest version and you should be able to download usable videos again. We've now released version 24.1 which specifically fixes the 0 byte download bug. Please update to the latest version on your AMD platform with Firefox and downloads should work properly again.
