Thank you for this. It really started to suck that so many people link directly to "old.reddit.com". This simple, lightweight Add-on fixes just that.

Hi!
You need to give extensions permission to work in Private Browsing sessions. You can see how to do this here: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/extensions-private-browsing
I have tested and it worked in Private Browsing when I gave it permission to.
