I recently came across two websites that don't autofill and I've opened a case (#20808814) with NordPass support. They've said that the bug should be resolved in the next update, but the Firefox extension hasn't been updated since Jan 19, 2026 while all the rest of the applications have been updated (Google Chrome, MacOS native, Windows native). What happened to the monthly Mozilla add-on release cadence?Ответ разработчика

We are doing everything we can to speed up the process, but it is not entirely up to us. Issues: Any time an email entry presents on a webpage, NordPass' box pops up directly under the email entry section. There is no way to move this box, even if it is covering selections below (perhaps you have 3 different email accounts that you would normally select from).
Issue: For new password entry, it presents a random password to fill in and use. This window allows for autofill and expected functions as well as a "copy" button to copy the password it has suggested. The copy button doesn't work. Had I not been paying careful attention, I would have locked myself out by assuming the password I was pasting elsewhere (solely for purposes of testing nordpass).
These two issues tell me that Nordpass is simply not ready for release to public.
I'll keep looking for my 1Password replacement.Ответ разработчика

Can't add new items if "offline". UPDATE: removing and re-installing seems to have fixed the issue. HOWEVER, it reminded me of a terrible workflow issue - in order to access Nord PASS, you need to sign in with your (separate) Nord ACCOUNT, which means that fundamentally you can't use Nord PASS to secure your Nord ACCOUNT with a long/random password. God, I wish I hadn't been tricked into renewing this subscription. I should just accept the loss and switch to Bitwarden.

It keeps refreshing them and I cannot choose any other option in dropdowns on any website.

- Оценено на 2 из 5от Zack, 8 месяцев назадWell, under normal circumstances I would rate 4 or so stars. I really enjoy the ability to collect and manage passwords. I have so many accounts anymore its really nice. Nord pass works well enough, but occasionally needs prompting to recognize that I am signing in, and saving a password. Ordinarily anyway. This last update 08/2025 wrecked the extension and they have yet to fix the issue. Its almost 10/25 and I still have to continually "accept" a policy update. If i restart my PC, (I am on Linux, so restarts are inevitable) I have to sign back in... It is extremely frustrating. Ill be looking for a new password manager here soon if we don't get this fixed. For what you pay after renewing, its pretty pricey to have one update break, submit a ticket, support say thanks we know and will fix it whenever we get to it there's no ETA... This needs resolved soon.

What's wrong? It worked just fine for month.
- Good password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.

It sounds like there might be a sync issue between the add-on and desktop app. Please reinstall the latest Firefox add-on and ensure the desktop app is updated as well. It doesn't ignore sites correctly, causing a lot of lag in some places.

Requires login each time browser is closed and reopened. autofill and password generator not showing up as consistently as before. Not asking to save credentials as consistently as before. UI feels like they just copied the UI from the desktop app rather than make one specifically for the extension. If the old extension wasn't getting deprecated I would go back to using that one.
