I'm glad it's working well for your study lectures. You're right about the multiple links being confusing - I've just released v1.0.1 which fixes the duplicate detection (It was showing 2 times for same video)
Regarding YouTube: Unfortunately, YouTube uses advanced DRM protection that makes video extraction extremely difficult.
