The GUI looks incorrect in relation to the Chromium browser.

Absolutely tanked my browser completely. Everything started lagging, timing out, and could barely even get back to the extension page to disable it. Making Youtube stop loading entirely, taking more than ten seconds to register pausing a video, and dropping to slideshow quality seems pretty awful for something supposedly making Youtube better, huh? Also their website is mostly AI coaching to generate clickbait titles, so that doesn't bode well

to much permissions

Not only is VidIQ nothing but a bunch of AI shit, but this extension broke my YouTube to where I couldn't even play videos until I disabled it.

Their privacy policy is an AI-generated horrible mess. It uses clauses like "we don't sell your data, as selling would mean we get money. we only get services for the exchange of your data with third parties, yada yada yada"

Full of AI stuff that wont help you grow, most locked behind a paywall. This is as useful as asking ChatGPT for help

Huge flaw - it made any large playlist extremely laggy after a few videos, even on a powerful computer like an i9 with 32GB RAM. This makes it unusable for me unfortunately.

Forces you to agree with data collection. Presents a big popup over YouTube until you agree. This is against EU law and the addon is reported.

This was causing Firefox to hang constantly, disabled it and everything went back to normal.
