About the Enter: yes, you have to press twice the Enter button because it focus on the first emoji, then you can navigate in the selection with arrows or press again Enter and, in that case, you insert the emoji selected.
Maybe I can add an option in Settings like "From searchbox, the Enter button selected directly the first emoji shown"
