av Firefox-användare 13551874, för 9 år sedanReally useful for blocking unwanted web fetches while I am inside any Internet Banking Secure sites Eg., block www.google-analytics.com and the same applies to the sharemarket logons, I dont NEED or WANT a facebook icon while I am doing business!!
Another use is browsing from behind the Great China Firewall. Many sites have facebook and google icon/links type "fetches", these cause pages never to complete, Eg., browsing Western news sites, or even StackExchange and GitHub.
As measured by WebMIn (visually) ...about 2.25Gig RAM Released by FireFox on an 8Gig Linux workstation.

Not sure if I need to update a filter list or if it's something you guys need to take care of on your end, but I'm rating this positively regardless for otherwise impeccable function.
UPDATE: Sometime within 28 hours after writing this review, the issue with Youtube has been resolved. I haven't done anything different, so I'm assuming either one of the filter lists I'm using fixed things or (more likely) y'all found the issue's cause and stamped it out. If you aren’t happy with it for some reason (?!?!), then consider adding some other community filter lists to improve privacy or ad blocking.
