av Rudolf_Snail, för ett år sedanIt has been updated, after a long period with no updates; it's now finally at the same version as the Google Chrome version.
It provides a lot of great features, which make interacting with Youtube a lot less addicting, frustrating and annoying. Besides allowing you to set limits on Youtube watch it includes toggles for hiding or changing most of the parts of Youtube — which are the parts I find the most useful. It seems to be working without issues, which is great to see.
It's great, I love it, and I'm so glad it's back.

I have a passionate resentment towards the business practice of YouTube, and it's creators, with clickbait titles, affiliate stuff, "product reviews" which are basically ads. It's turned into a huge advertising machine which we are voluntarily watching. With this extension a lot of junk is cleaned up. In combination with unsubbing from every so called "review" channel, it's turned into a somewhat functioning product again.

Let me clarify something to you. I don't really need most of it's features, but just the fact that I could turn off almost anything, makes me happy. I just hate when websites have all kinds of restrictions. Also, it's working a lot worse and the UI is way uglier since the last update

- Betygsatt 3 av 5av Ambar, för 4 månader sedanI changed home page to subscriptions page and whenever I would search youtube.com, it loads my homepage (not subscription page) for a second and then reloads by itself and keeps reloading and reloading by itself and it just didn't stop ever. I don't know why this was happening.
The "hide suggestions" works but it only removes the buttons, not the full bar so the top videos on the homepage get cut off by the bar.

One issues is that even tho extension is GREAT it need to be optimised, its eating lots of RAM. Thanks : ) (edit: please I beg youuu it's working soooo laggy on my phone, it's really unoptimized if you don't have decent device PC or phone with good CPU or ram. Please can you optimize the extension on someway?🥲
