    randomly moves bookmarks inside folders and toolbar folders themselves around. it does place new bookmarks to the top, which is great, but because of the mentioned issues it's pretty much unusable.

    This doesn't work for me. It moves the new bookmark from the bottom to the top, but scrambles the positions of all the other bookmarks at the top.
