I contacted the Author of this app, and he responded the next morning with the Solution. Updating to the latest version corrected the error, and again, it works perfectly.
Edit Oct-24-04 Dishta has worked very hard in adapting this Add-on to YouTube's ever-changing policies. With his help, I have successfully activated my Pro Account, and it works very well. Very much worth the small investment.
I have tried quite a few different extensions for downloading .mp3s from YouTube, but Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express by Dishita is by far and away the most reliable app available. The developer is quick to respond to changes in YouTube's code, and has excellent communication with questions, Recommended!

I have recently started making a 'Radio Playlist' of songs I have downloaded via Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express to use in my car from a 256gb USB stick as a free alternative to the poor FM radio options in my city.
