av Firefox-användare 13289695, för 2 år sedanLike many I installed this extension after the truly awful update that Youtube performed, placing comments off to the side in order to give us more videos to endlessly click on and distract us (this update also broke Return Youtube Dislikes which is an utterly crucial feature).
This extension works for that, and has some other features, but the one driving me crazy now is the one that pops up a video when we scroll down to read comments.
An excellent idea! However, I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK. Sometimes it pops up the video, other times it doesn't. It is maddening! Closing the window and using search to go back to the video often works... but, not always. Or similar things sometimes work, ... but, not always.
The uncertainty is so disturbing I unfortunately have to turn this feature off and do without it.
Hope something can be done!
ETA: I see that the when the popup video does not work, the toolbar is also not loaded. So that is some hint as to what is going on.
ETA: Following comments further down, I found that removing all the google and youtube cookies seems to fix this problem and it now seems to work perfectly! (Had to also restart firefox as some youtube icons disappeared)

the only bug I experience (very rare usecase I believe), steps:
• open live stream
• set speed to above 1 (x1.5 e.g.) via Enhancer speed button + mousewheel button hovered above
• press '0' @ numpad so the video starts from the very beginning
result:

- Betygsatt 5 av 5av thazer, för 15 dagar sedanI could never go back to not using this but unfortunately the feature to automatically switch to 1440p on yt doesnt work. The only thing that switches to 1440p is if you pick a different resolution for full screen lets say 2160p and also check the option to switch back to default after exiting fullscreen. If I just load a fresh video its set at 720p and doesnt change by itself at any point during playback unless I go in full screen.
And now that im doing tests, most resolutions just dont apply automatically either. Its only the 4k one that has been reliable over the years, which has been my default for a long time. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av Faaris, för 16 dagar sedan
