Oh my god. My favorite browser plugin has finally come to Firefox.

I have been paying $12/year for the premium subscription because there is literally nothing, and I mean nothing, that compares. This is one of those tools that looks almost stupidly simple until you actually use it, and then you realize it has been quietly removing an absurd amount of friction from your life.

This is a five-alarm fire. Drop whatever is currently sitting at the top of your to-do list, install and configure this add-on, and prepare to wonder why your browser did not already do this.

I use full-page screenshots constantly for research, documentation, troubleshooting, archival work, communicating technical issues, and preserving web content in a form that can actually be reviewed later. A lot of screenshot tools can technically capture a webpage. That is a very low bar. Far fewer actually make the process pleasant.

GoFullPage has consistently been one of those rare tools that gets the interaction model, output, and reliability right enough that I stopped thinking about the tool itself. I just use it. That distinction matters more than it sounds.

The best compliment I can give software is that it disappears into the workflow. You stop remembering that you are using a tool and start wondering how you ever worked without it.

I have paid for the premium version for years because I genuinely considered it worth the money, and I am extremely selective about software subscriptions. I do not routinely hand developers $12 a year for the privilege of owning another browser button. GoFullPage earned it.

So seeing it finally arrive on Firefox is not some minor compatibility announcement from my perspective. This closes one of the few remaining gaps in a tool I already depend on.

I am writing this review because I believe that assessment strongly enough to put my name on it.

Seriously. Your future self has paperwork to do, webpages to archive, and absolutely no interest in fighting with your screenshot tool.
