- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 13867220, för 20 dagar sedanIt works great exceptionally on Apple devices equipped with security chip. It fixes the gap of opening Passwords app separately, then copy and paste credentials or the availability of passkeys. There is one thing that should be considered is the resource hunger. The extension keep Firefox run with huge amounts of CPU and RAM.

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av TheOddLia, för 2 månader sedanGood integration between macOS native passwords and Firefox. It is a bit annoying that you have to enter a code every time you restart Firefox, but I suppose it's better to have that authentication than just...allowing third-party apps to access passwords when they want to. But it would be nice if Touch ID could be used for that instead (or a user PIN on Windows).
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av ancientsnailbiscuits, för 2 månader sedanIf you are constantly getting asked to save an already saved password: delete the extension from Firefox, restart Firefox, and reinstall the extension. Works for me on MacOS 26.4.1
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 18348988, för 2 månader sedanEver since Apple released macOS 24.4, this extension prompts the user to save the login even though the login already exists ! This is infuriating as Apple has released an update to the extension for Chrome based browsers that fixes this but NOTHING for Firefox! EDIT : FIXED APRIL 30 2026!

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 15201000, för 3 månader sedanWorks well enough and I haven't noticed performance issues related to it. A few annoyances:
- prevents hitting Enter to submit a login form
- requires being authorized via push notification after every Firefox reinstall (I'm on the beta channel so this happens often)
- no option to just fill in passwords without needing TouchID for every one
Really, this thing shouldn't even be necessary though. Apple provides the APIs for Firefox to directly access iCloud Keychain. Firefox should be using them.
On the first use each day, or maybe even each browser session (I haven't confirmed), it will ask you to punch in a 6-digit code to activate it. Since the 6 digit code is shown, I see no point in this - so it really could just be removed altogether. After all, I am already logged into iCloud, why do I need to "authenticate" this again? The window also seems to position itself on the top-right of the browser window, covering the input field which is mildly annoying but doesn't hinder your ability to enter the code. Once you're past this however, it's fine. It works as expected.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av endither, för 6 månader sedanWorks, but with issues.
First, it doesn't sync the passwords - it masks ones stored in Firefox with ones from iCloud.
Second, it introduces noticeable input lag to remote IDEs like RStudio. - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Nico, för 8 månader sedanIt was a shame that the plugin did not work for a couple of months but now it is back and runs fine! Thank you very much for supporting Firefox!

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av zhirow, för 10 månader sedanAdd-on works as advertised, I don't know what everyone is complaining about. Maybe they don't know how add-ons work? Anyway, the most common complaint is they cant get it to stop auto filling. The solution: Goto Manage Extensions>choose icloud passwords>choose Preferences>uncheck In-Page Autofill.
Problem solved.
Want to use FF's own password autofill? Goto Manage Extensions>choose icloud passwords>choose Preferences>>uncheck Turn off Firefox Autofill
Dont want any autofill from either? Goto Manage Extensions>choose icloud passwords>choose Preferences>uncheck In-Page Autofill>check Turn off Firefox Autofill
Want to use both password managers? Goto Manage Extensions>choose icloud passwords>choose Preferences>check In-Page Autofill>uncheck Turn off Firefox Autofil
It's not that complicated, people. It's like dealing with children around here. Sheesh. It works. Firefoxes works. Roboform works. LastPass works. Just pick one or don't; I'm not your dad. - Betygsatt 4 av 5av FaultedBeing, för ett år sedan
