av Jacquers, för 7 år sedanThe automatic prompt doesn't work for me. I right click a link and select 'save as' and it just does a normal download. If I go to the extension I can import the normal download. I think this is why some users report it as not working because they think it will work automatically or give the prompt.
Queuing and setting the number of concurrent / active downloads would be nice features to have :)

postad för 7 år sedanThe "automatic prompt" option needs to be enabled. Then when you left-click a downloadable link, the dialog will show. Also, there is a size limit option default to 1024 KB. If the file size is smaller than that, it will be a normal download.
Queuing can be set in the option "simultaneous download tasks".

That's a bad habit, because very often I use custom storage locations like USB HD's and especially bigger downloads put a high load unnecessarily on my SSD, which otherwise could be re-assigned completely.
Furthermore this AddOn seems to be dead, as there was no update since 2 full years... and there are numerous open tickets visible.
To clarify: I will re-edit this review in _ a n y _ case (dead or alive) and will downgrade it in case of a dead project and no response, so that it becomes at least obvious, that one should consider to remove this more and more function-wise dying thing from Firefox. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av Grant, för ett år sedanExcellent!
