av FooBar, för 10 månader sedanGood idea but a major showstopper flaw. WHen you click the ontab icon it sends ALL tabs to onetab. Rarely does one want that. The default should be to send the current tab to oneTab. I have made this mistake several time. Even on the dropdown menu "send this tab" should be the first option. ALso no way to create a new grouping in the onetab page so that you can move closed tabs to a new group.

postad för 10 månader sedanHi, we have been working on a new version that will show you a popup window, instead of immediately closing the tabs. You will be able to choose whether you want the 1-click action or the popup window. The popup window will let you select exactly what you want to store. We've also implemented the ability to create a new empty group. It's currently released in beta for Chrome, and has not been released to all Chrome or Firefox users yet. We'd appreciate your feedback on the new version (currently, you'll have to install it in Chrome to try it).

There will not be a third attempt. - Betygsatt 1 av 5av Firefox-användare 19045605, för 10 timmar sedanFirefox Donot even try! Once it is activated there is noway to get back to your original tab layout unless you have backed up Firefox! I was able to get it back because I also using Simple Tag Groups and was able to restore over 1600 tabs using the Simple Tab Groups backup/restore.

- Betygsatt 1 av 5av mtntech, för 19 dagar sedanHundreds of tabs up and disappeared. This is happening to a lot of users. OneTab Team says that is it Firefox doing it. Either way, this app is not compatible with Firefox. Do not use if you value your time and effort.

postad för 18 dagar sedanI'm sorry this happened. The problem isn't Firefox, it's software such as privacy cleaners, or disk corruptions, that can corrupt Firefox's data stores.
The solution is to either ensure that your regular backup software (that keeps your files safe) also backs up your Firefox profile folder, or to use our upcoming encrypted cloud sync and backup feature. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av yogi, för 24 dagar sedan
- Betygsatt 1 av 5av Koiebe, för en månad sedanNB! DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE OF an addon. Yesterday received some update and today months of work is gone forever - no DB backup no nothing! It is not coded well at all!
I DID not refreshed my Firefox, neither did some kind of cleaning of the browser or Windows whatsoever.
What a f%#king shame !!!
I do not see any reason why is recommended app by Firefox, when I read that clearly I'm not the only one affected.
And please developers, don't say it is Firefox fault. It is not the only add-on we use. You can read firefox code, and fix your own!Utvecklarens svar
postad för en månad sedanHi, I'm sorry you lost your tabs.
What happened was not a bug in OneTab. Firefox profiles can become corrupted, and then there is nothing we can do on our end.

postad för 2 månader sedanHi, I'm sorry this happened. It's definitely not a bug in our code, though. Something is wiping Firefox's internal storage - it's pretty much impossible for us to accidentally write code that would suddenly just wipe the entire contents of the storage and then delete the entire OneTab database after that.
Some "privacy cleaner" software will wipe Firefox data, or it could have been a crash causing a disk write error that corrupted the storage areas. Firefox's "Refresh" feature also wipes clean the extension storage. Being low on disk space when the browser is trying to write to its databases can also cause corruption. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av Rio Chandra, för 2 månader sedanI love this. It restore my RAM instantly (because all tabs are closed and save the link). Web version is easy to use, instant response, drag-n-drop everywhere. I suggest add Ctrl+z (cmd+z) to undo previous action (if user accidently delete link. Also I suggest add right-click action to directory for easy quick-action.
Overall, I love it. thank you for you all effort.Utvecklarens svar
postad för 2 månader sedanThanks, Rio :) We'll be implementing an undo feature in the future, especially to be able to undo move operations. Please also contact us at one-tab.com/feedback as we'd love to get more detail on the quick actions you're referring to so we can ensure we're building the right thing. - Betygsatt 1 av 5av Firefox-användare 15161687, för 2 månader sedanStill having catastrophic data loss every few months. Been this way for years. Garbage

- Betygsatt 5 av 5av sdfds, för 2 månader sedanit worked very well for me till some of the last updates, now when I open it via context menu the tab appears as the pinned leftmost one, and I have to perform a few additional clicks to unpin it and place as the rightmost one, where I usually need it. I just hope the developers will return the usual behavior of this function. All the rest features work well for my needs, thank you guys!

postad för 2 månader sedanHi, do you remember recently being asked if you want to "Refresh Firefox"? This is a prompt shown to you when you upgrade to a new Firefox version (there is a new Firefox version released every month). This feature, confusingly, wipes clean all add-on storage including OneTab's storage. If Firefox ever gets a disk corruption, that could also cause data loss.
I'm very sorry this happened to you. We're working on cloud sync so in the future this can't happen. - Betygsatt 2 av 5av What???, för 3 månader sedanI have same problem with this extension as other users where it would randomly wipe out my tabs. I noticed this on Chrome too.
