This extension is a good concept but is managed by the exact people it swore to protect you from
So why am I writing this? Well, Rotector is managed by egotistical staff who think they cannot be wrong about anything at all.
Allow me to start with how the staff acts because they have sent NSFW, literally groomed minors, been homophobic and racist, and even drawn Rule34 of someone named Awful Producer in their own discord server for calling out Rotector's systems for being flawed especially their trap-game system if haven’t seen Awful Producer’s 4 hour video on Rotector you havent i heavily suggest you watch it because this isnt all the staff has done and I will not spend a while on this as there are many things I can list off but really do not want to right now.
So after talking about the staff, how about the extension itself??
Well, once again good concept, bad execution. The extension is AI-first, then human-second, which makes me feel this extension is vibe-coded, but despite that, the staff has quite literally planted evidence on people. A great example of this is, once again Awful Producer, who was called a condo-player and then a past offender multiple times. If you haven't watched his video, please watch it after reading this review if you have a lot of spare time.
This extension has also called people like KreekCraft a literal condo player but had to be corrected quickly by their staff after it got popular on Twitter due to it showing how flawed this extension really is. The response they had to this was 2-3 months faster than their support team responds to live chats, which actually is really surprising how the team behind moderation on this extension is fast only if something that makes them look bad happens.
Rotector also had a "trap game" system that isn't really a "trap game" when it's able to get onto the front page without being banned since it's not an actual condo. Due to these games, you will be called a condo-player for joining just because it was on the front-page. Do I need to say more?
Also, one last thing for this section: in the past Rotector has shown Discord User IDs of absolutely everybody that got a check requested, condo-player or not. Serious privacy violation that likely has also caused witch hunts. I should mention how someone I was friends with even abused this system in-order to stalk me and even add absolutely everybody on my Roblox friends-list with a Discord account; but the weirdest part of this is that Rotector gets your Discord account through Discord Connections, Rover, or Bloxlink. The last two listed are verification bots for Roblox Discord servers mainly. This is against Discord's ToS from what I've heard but I don't make bots and haven't read the bot ToS.

With that said, I want to mention one last thing: the reviews section of the Rotector website. Now why am I mentioning this? Well, it's because they have cut out parts of reviews saying why it's flawed. Please just go to the Rotector website, type /reviews into the URL and look at the review of one with wolf furry profile picture. You may think it's fair but consider that it's on Twitter which means being horny OUTSIDE OF ROBLOX gets you flagged by Rotector.
Also this extension logs your IP which could allow doxxing, which is possible with what the moderation team has done in the past.

Accurate system into detecting and flagging bad avatars, bad communities, bad actors and such.

Great extension, I recommend!

They use AI for their detections. In addition to that, they mark victims and incorrectly mark LGBT people and people with age regression, which is a trauma response. They mark any sort of non-standard English text as potentially malicious. I would only trust this to track people who've been in condo servers. Even then, it's a privacy risk. They log your messages on several Discord servers, of which they're not allowed to, as it goes against Discord's TOS. They track their users using any means available to them. And they are just in general unsafe and inaccurate. Please consider using your brain instead of a tool to think for you and what to think about people. And for reference, I have not been marked by this tool. I am simply someone with common sense.

Really good extension overall, but the reporting to roblox functionality needs work

idea sounds, but on paper? Terrible. The extension also targets victims of abuse and grooming, and the appeal process takes months to be reviewed, that is if the moderation team are even willing to read it. It has done more harm than good.

ill update this once they respond to my ticket, and say how much my rights got violated, or not violated, this review will be deleted once the system has updated to address all data privacy concerns, or till i have been proven wrong

W Extension, helped me tell my friend that one of his friends is a disgusting person and (possibly?) a groomer

Good Extension, this most certainly made me take a second look at the people I talk to. But I, however, have to say that this tool shouldn't be used to decide on whenever to boot someone out because 20 of their friends were flagged out of the 1000 max friends. (also some of their affiliates in the discord server are a bitttt weird.)

Awesome Roblox extension

I found the tool interesting, but I noticed it's unfairly flagging me. I don't even know how to find a condo.

In practice, the tool's intentions seem good, but it gives a lot of false positives, which makes it seem more like an unjustified witch hunt.

Great addon

Not great. A bunch of errors to report someone and I can't even report someone because he is part of a "mass reporting", even if the user IS a scammer. But the app is correct in general.

This extension does what roblox cannot; keep predators from their platfoem. While the extension is not affiliated with roblox, and therefore cannot ban predators, it does an amazing jobs at warning users.
It works like this: first an user or AI reports potential dangerous people to actual human moderators, then the mods decide if the user is dangerous or not. This system is very efficient and accurate.
All in all, essential extension for roblox safety.

Works extremely well to detect bad actors in groups. Don't let negative reviews fool you, especially from users detected trying to get out of the consequences of their actions, this works damn well.
