av Nico, för 8 år sedanI used ad-nauseam which is a fork of this that can silently fake click every ad out there while blocking it at the same time.
But I have to rate this 5 as well because its just the best (or 2nd best) Ad-blocker out there. And actually not morally corrupt to the core like Ad-block Plus with all their shady business in the past and their stupid while-list.

It just doesn't block ads, it makes every site much more readable (especially newspapers that are always full of junk).
