Thank you for your suggestions! I just uploaded a new version and while your first suggestion is not supported yet, I added a "Condition" setting that let allows you to specify when a video should be considered watched as per your second suggestion. Simply uncheck "Consider a video as watched once it appears in the browser's history." such that a video is not marked as watched once you open it, but once you have viewed it sufficiently for Youtube to consider it as watched.
