Using this eyeCare extension for more than a year now, far more useful than Tomato clock, and more customizable.
I do wish it allowed you to select a custom sound to play from your HDD, but it still has nice variations to warn you with.
Maybe add a volume control for the sound played? That could be useful.
In the end, this helped me deal with my dry eyes issue. It tells me when to take a break 20/20/20 rule and all, as recommended by my eye doc. I like that you can tweak it and there's a quick disable button so I can stop it while streaming video. Didn't realise how much it helped until I forgot to re-enable it one day!
