We'll see how much longer. Three tries to get help failed ending in: wait two days and try again, we'll email you, and finally: uninstall Firefox! None of the routine advice works: "allow in private window", logout/in, uninstall/reinstall.

- The Firefox plugin never works (although it seems it is working). The application file itself might partially work, but if you have a task that takes half an hour, for example, it's impossible to avoid interruption with this service. The connection keeps disconnecting on its own. It constantly gives meaningless errors. I feel like I've been ripped off financially. And the 5-star voters can another scam, if I read the comments.
