For the Audible Integration, see if this helps:
1. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner (menu)
2. Click on "Extensions and Themes"
3. scroll to the extension (Goodreads Book Details) and click on the extension name
4. go to "Permission and Data" tab
5. Give optional permissions
