The plain text conversion of the sites is quite good.
I wish I could prepend a piece of text to subjects to make it easier to filter emails from this extension.

This is the best extension with this functionality.
Web browser developers should include such functionality by default. Unfortunately they do it for Android/iOS only and not for Desktop.
