The other 10% of the time it just doesn't seem to trigger correctly, or it'll only input the username or password instead of both.
Room for improvement, but overall I can't say I haven't been extremely pleased with my experience.

Includes an authenticator app, supports pass keys, automatically fills in usernames and passwords. Does everything that 1Password does plus with additional features. No bugs in my experience.
