It looks like the issue may be caused by another VPN being used at the same time. Please disable any other VPN extensions or VPN services that may be running, then try again.

We have already fixed this issue on our side. We are just waiting for the update to be approved, after which the problem should be resolved permanently.

This is a genuinely powerful and reliable VPN extension. The Advanced plan is more than enough for my needs. I might upgrade to a higher plan in the future, but only because I want to, not because it's necessary. The plan I'm using now is already excellent and provides everything I need. I highly recommend this great vpn tool.
