I've been following this addon since it was on chrome and even considered switching, but finally the firefox version appeared late during 2017. Unfortunately i have the same issue as the previous reviewer, the subscription manager section loads infinitely. I included a video here. https://youtu.be/a2omrEc_I_o

My main browser is cyberfox 52 but i checked on various firefox versions. I never got it to work on multiple versions from 52 to 56 but it works on 57. Sadly i can't use firefox 57 due to many plugins i use for school and work not being available with the new system. However, this addon claims to work on firefox 45 and up.

One thing i noticed while writing this post is that all versions i tried are 64-bit, maybe it's a 64 bit bug? i'll be trying when i can a 32 bit install but in the meantime this is the bug the other user mentioned.

In short: Doesn't work on firefox prior to 57 despite claiming to work on 45 (all 64 bit versions).

Edit: Thanks for your quick answer. Saw you promptly changed the version requirements. I hope i can try it out eventually.

Firefox prior to 57 doesn't enable WebExtensions and addon doesn't work. You can use version > 57.

    This kind of language isn't appropriate. If you don't want to use the extension, please remove it from your browser immediately. I've been developing PocketTube for more than 9 years. We have more than 300,000 happy users across all browsers. It's not a place to blame me at all.

    When it works great, but for some reasons the addon keeps disconnecting from my Google Drive backup very often, sometimes more than one during a single day.
    Edit 2026.07.07 : It seems when other addons (Stylus and uBlock Origin) triggers a synchronisation with Google Drive, the PocketTube addon lost its connection to it. It only happens with PocketTube, which at first I thought the issue came from the fact that I had two YT accounts (main + brand), but after deleting the second one no improvement at all.
    Edit 2026.07.09 : I reset the Google access by revoking it and creating it anew, still no improvement. It worked before with my "pool" of addons and I cannot remove them just to keep this one. Plus sometimes right after enabling (for the Nth time) Google Drive, the data did not synchronised at all.
    Edit 2026.07.17 : Uninstalling the addon and reinstalling it also doesn't work. I am done.

    It's not reproducible. Try to disable other addons, most likely, you have a conflict with something. Also, you can use our automatic backup, which is cross-browser and has no dependencies on external systems.

    Helpful addons,
    Even the free version is enough for daily use

    The only downside is that feel a bit slow,
    It need wait Youtube website finsh loading,
    then will show Sub Groups

    But feature work well and great so still 5 star rating

    Very helpful tool, thanks a lot! I'm using another add-on in Firefox called "Unhook" (latest version 1.6.9) to mask, among othter things, the subscriptions from the left panel. But that somehow renders the Deck unaccessible: the button shows but, when clicked on, I always end up on the Youtube home page.
    The Deck is almost all I use and masking the subscriptions would be a great improvement to reduce the distraction, so please save me!

    It's working with the default Unhook options, maybe you enabled something specific there. Try to reinstall Unhook and enable options one by one on Unhook side.

    When video crossposting was first introduced, those videos would ignore filter settings in the Subscriptions tab and always appear in the list. But after the recent update(s), it became the opposite: crossposted videos will never appear in the Subscriptions tab, even if all the posters are subscribed and not filtered out by the current settings.

    Thank you for reporting! We can filter collaboration videos based on the group filters, however, as I see the feature is not working properly in Firefox, I've prepared a fix in the upcoming version of Firefox 18.5.9 and will be available after review next week.
    UPD: the new version 18.5.9 is available, and the issue has been resolved.
