Since a couple of months, eID randomly fails in our network while using FireFox. It's either an eID, eID browser extension or FireFox issue. However; BoSa has been no help. Waiting for even an initial troubleshoot since the end of June while we get weekly complaints about malfunctioning eID.

Previous review: Works perfectly with the latest FireFox (77) and Windows 10. Sometimes eID software needs to be reinstalled. Obtain it from eid.belgium.be
