This extension pinned all my bookmarks as tabs. It did add the chat side bar, but that appeared completely empty. If it has any settings or functionality, I was unable to locate it.

As mentioned in the description, you add services by adding them as bookmarks. The description also says you should use a separate profile for this. The use case is a separate Firefox instance with a "chat" profile running alongside your main browser.
